Hand your inbox to Claude
Replies drafted in your own voice and waiting in your Gmail or Outlook drafts, plus a morning briefing of what needs you today. You read, you send.
About 20 minutes to set up, with Claude and your Gmail or Outlook. Then a few minutes each morning.
The inbox is where the evening goes. Supplier questions, a lab asking about a case, a patient asking whether Saturday is free, a rep chasing a meeting. None of it is hard. There is just a lot of it, and it all waits for you.
You don't have to answer every one from a blank page. This guide connects Claude to your email, teaches it your rules once, and then every morning it sorts what came in, drafts the easy replies straight into your drafts folder, and hands you a one page briefing of what actually needs you. It never sends anything. You read, change and press send.
Careful: A practice inbox holds patient information. Before you connect it, check with whoever leads on data protection at your practice that it fits your policy, and use Claude on a paid plan with model training switched off (Settings, Privacy, "Help improve Claude" off). If you're unsure, start with your own work inbox or the general practice inbox for suppliers and enquiries, and keep clinical conversations out of it.
