Install or Refund

The promise

It covers both packs, The Dentist Pack (£49) and The Practice Pack (£99), for everyone who buys one. If you bought a pack and a kit in it doesn’t work for you, the refund is for the whole pack. You can see both packs on our kits page.

We no longer sell single kits on this site. If you bought one, you keep it, with 12 months of updates and this same promise.

It is about the kit working: installing, running and doing the jobs the kits page describes, on one of the AI tools our install guide lists. It is not a promise of patient numbers, enquiries, rankings or revenue. Nobody can honestly promise those.

How to claim

1. Email fullarch@drskots.com from the address you bought with. Tell us what you ran and where it stopped. A screenshot helps.
2. We help you by email, or on a short call if that is quicker. We reply within two working days.
3. If the other pack would suit you better, we can offer a swap to it.
4. If we can’t make it work, we refund you in full, back to the way you paid. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days. Our payment partner processes kit refunds, so the confirmation may come from them.

Faulty or not as described

If anything we sell is faulty or not as described, we always put it right or refund you.

Our services

The Build Session can be moved at no charge with 24 hours’ notice, and cancelled for a full refund with 48 hours’ notice. With less notice there is no refund, but we still offer you one new time if we can. If we cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund. Refunds for the session go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within five working days.

Done for you setup (£750 for one system, £4,950 for The Practice Setup) is sold by KMANISHA LIMITED directly, after a call with us. We agree a fixed price with you in writing before any work starts, then send you an invoice. Your practice pays for its own software directly (for example GoHighLevel), so that cost is between you and that company. Our services are on our work with us page.

We no longer offer the Kit Install Call, Build It For Me, the New Patient Leak Audit or New Patient Machine Installed With You. Anything already booked or bought under those names is honoured on the terms it was sold under.

Your legal rights are not affected.
