You’re not behind on AI. Start with one small job.
I’m Dr Sanyukta Kothari, principal dentist at Blue Light Dental in London. I’ve written down how we use AI in our practice, step by step, so you can do it too. It costs nothing. If you’d rather we set it up for you, we do that as well: in your own accounts, no contract, and £0 a month to us.

The things dentists tell us quietly
I'm tired. The admin eats my evenings.
Start with letters and replies. Most admin is writing, and AI drafts writing well. You check it, you send it.
I paid an agency and still don't know what it did.
Everything here runs in your own accounts. No contract, no monthly fee to us, nothing you can't see. We set it up and leave.
It all sits on me.
Write the practice down once, in one shared place, and the team needs you less for every small question.
One wrong post and the GDC will be on me.
Everything here is written around the GDC and ASA rules and flags the words that cause trouble. You stay the editor.
Everyone else seems further ahead with this.
Most dentists are only just starting. One evening with the first chapter and you've started too.
The ebook: From Zero to AI Native

Three jobs you can hand to AI this week
Reply to Google reviews in your own voice
Ten replies in about ten minutes that sound like you and with the confidentiality rules built in, which you check.
20 to 30 minutesTurn consultation notes into a patient letter
An anonymised note becomes a clear, plain English letter you check and sign.
20 to 30 minutesTurn a complaint into a calm reply
Find what the person wants, then draft a fair acknowledgement and response you check and send.
20 to 30 minutesWhat to automate first
A two minute scorecard, for a dentist or a practice owner. Your top three jobs to hand over, and the free way to start each one.

Learn it, do it yourself, or have it done
Learn it
The ebook, the Free Guides, the community, and every system we run at our own practice, shown. Everything we know, in plain words.
Do it yourself, with a kit
The Dentist Pack for dentists, The Practice Pack for practice owners. Kits that install in ten minutes: add one to Claude or ChatGPT in about ten minutes and get your first result the same sitting.
We set it up with you, or for you
The Build Session: ninety minutes building your first workflows together. Or we set up the harder systems in your own accounts, train your team, and leave: WhatsApp follow up, your website, ads, dashboards, the whole practice.
Done for you is £750 for one system, after a call about your day. The whole practice, with your team trained, is The Practice Setup.
This is what the guides look like inside
The opening of the first Free Guide, “Reply to Google reviews in your own voice”. In the guide you copy the whole prompt, paste it into Claude or ChatGPT, and fill in the square brackets.
You are helping me reply to Google reviews for my UK dental practice, [PRACTICE NAME]. I am [YOUR NAME AND ROLE]. Here are three replies I have written. Study the tone, length, warmth and sign off: 1. [PASTE A PAST REPLY] 2. [PASTE A PAST REPLY] 3. [PASTE A PAST REPLY] Describe my voice in five short bullet points. Then follow these rules for every reply in this chat:
The rules for every reply carry on in the guide.
A dentist and her team, running it every day
I’m Dr Sanyukta Kothari, principal dentist at Blue Light Dental in London. My team and I run every system on this site in our own practice. My husband, Prashant, who works in digital strategy, brings his experience of AI and advises on what we build. Everything here is written down so another dentist can do the same without an agency or a developer.
I'm not a tech person. Is this for me?
Yes. Everything here starts in Claude or ChatGPT, the way you'd type a message. If you can write an email, you can do the first guide tonight. The ebook goes one small step at a time.
Claude or ChatGPT?
Either works. You need a paid plan: Claude Pro is about £18 a month and ChatGPT Plus about £20 (checked September 2026). If you already pay for one, use that one.
What about patient data?
Nothing that identifies a patient goes into a consumer AI chat: no names, dates of birth, addresses or photos. Every guide shows you how to remove those details first, and how to switch off model training. Chapter 5 of the ebook covers it properly.
Will it keep me inside the GDC and ASA rules?
The guides and kits are written with the GDC and ASA rules in mind and flag the words that cause trouble. You're still the clinician and the editor: read everything before it goes anywhere.
Why give all this away?
Because most dentists don't need another course. They need someone to show them how, in plain words. If you'd rather we set it up for you, that's what we charge for.
Tell us about your day
Walk us through a normal week and where it hurts. We’ll design a flow around you, or sit with you and design it together. The first call costs nothing.
