The guide

You know every review deserves a reply. But the kind ones get a rushed "Thanks!" at 11pm, and the angry one sits there for a week.

You're not behind. This guide gets you ten replies in about ten minutes, in your own voice, with the confidentiality rules built in.

Careful: A reply must never confirm the reviewer is a patient, and never mention any treatment, date or cost. Not "thanks for visiting", not "sorry your crown came loose". The GDC's guidance on social media says you must not publish anything that could identify a patient. Confirming someone sat in your chair does exactly that, even when they said so first.
