Everything we run at Blue Light Dental.
A dental practice in Archway, London, run on AI since 2025. Nothing on this page is a demo. We built each system for our own practice, we use it every day, and this is where we show it.
By Dr Sanyukta Kothari, principal dentist, Blue Light Dental, GDC 283340. Built and run by her team, with her husband Prashant advising on the AI.
How we use AI in our practice
Twenty five minutes, in our own words: what runs, what it replaced, and what we got wrong on the way.

Our Google profile today: 4.9 from 356 reviews. The reviews are patients’ own words. The Ranking Kit keeps the profile and its posts current.
Our blog: three posts in one week of September, drafted with the Ranking Kit, read, edited and published by us.
Patients find us on Google and in AI search
Google ranking and AI search
Audits the website, drafts a weekly blog post, Google Business Profile posts and review replies in our voice, and asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity each month whether they name the practice.
- Runs in
- Claude, on a weekly schedule. Posts go live only after we read them.
- Replaced
- An SEO retainer.
In the kitsGoogle Business Profile, kept alive
A post a week, every review answered within a day, photos refreshed each month.
- Runs in
- Claude drafts, reception posts.
- Replaced
- Nothing. It used to be nobody's job.
In the kits
The practice shows up every week without a content agency
A month of content from one sitting
Turns the questions patients asked that week into a month plan, reel scripts, carousels and captions, each line checked against GDC and ASA rules before we see it.
- Runs in
- Claude or ChatGPT.
- Replaced
- Sunday evenings and a content agency.
In the kitsReels edited on a laptop
A raw phone clip goes in. The pauses go, the colour is fixed, captions are burnt in, the name card carries the GDC number, and the 9:16 and 4:5 versions come out with a cover.
- Runs in
- On our own computer, with the AI driving the edit.
- Replaced
- A video editor at about £80 a reel.
Kit, or we set it up
Ads planned, written and checked every Friday
Facebook and Instagram ads
Plans a campaign for one treatment, writes the ads, builds them paused in our ad account, then reads the numbers every Friday and tells us what to pause and what to make next.
- Runs in
- Claude, with Meta's connector. Nothing spends until we switch it on.
- Replaced
- The agency's monthly report.
Kit, or we set it upGoogle Ads
Search campaigns for the treatments patients type, built paused, with the search terms read every Friday for wasted spend.
- Runs in
- Claude, with Google Ads Editor or Windsor.ai.
- Replaced
- Guesswork and a wasted budget.
Kit, or we set it upLanding pages
One page per treatment: the words patients search for, the price guidance, the form, the FAQ and the tracking, written and built as a draft.
- Runs in
- Claude, saved into WordPress.
- Replaced
- A web developer, two weeks and an invoice.

The website and the letters that make people choose us
The practice website
Every page planned and written in the practice's voice, with the required pages (privacy, complaints, accessibility) and the schema Google reads, saved into WordPress as drafts.
- Runs in
- Claude, in the desktop app.
- Replaced
- A website agency.
Kit, or we set it upTreatment plan letters
An anonymised consultation note becomes a plain English letter with the options, the costs and the next step, which the dentist checks and signs.
- Runs in
- Claude or ChatGPT.
- Replaced
- Twenty minutes per letter after the last patient.
In the kits
Nobody who enquires is forgotten
WhatsApp lead follow up
A new enquiry from an ad, Google or the website is answered on WhatsApp in minutes, followed up for two weeks, reminded before the appointment, and asked for a review afterwards. A person steps in whenever it matters.
- Runs in
- GoHighLevel, with the messages written by the kit and approved by us.
- Replaced
- Enquiries that sat in an inbox for days.
We set it up
The practice runs on numbers, not on memory
The morning numbers
Every morning the dashboard shows yesterday and the month: each clinician's day, which slots sat empty, where the revenue came from, and which patients are due back.
- Runs in
- Our own dashboard, fed from Dentally.
- Replaced
- A spreadsheet nobody opened.
We set it upThe practice brain
One shared place with the practice's facts, brand, prices, SOPs and rules. Every kit reads it, so nobody retypes the practice, and the team gets the same answer to the same question.
- Runs in
- A folder the whole team can see.
- Replaced
- Asking the principal.
Kit, or we set it upThe GDC and ASA check
Every post, ad and page goes through a check that flags the words that cause trouble, cites the rule, and suggests a safer line. The clinician makes the final call.
- Runs in
- Claude or ChatGPT.
- Replaced
- Worry.

One system for the whole practice
The pieces above are becoming one place: the practice’s numbers, its patients, its team and its AI, in one system we are building for our own practice first.
- The morning numbers for every clinician and every chair, from your own practice software.
- Recalls and unscheduled treatment, followed up in your practice's voice.
- Record a consultation and get the transcript, the note and the patient letter to check.
- The treatment plan view the patient sees, with the options side by side.
- Payroll and the UDA or private split, without the spreadsheet.
- Your team's questions answered from your own rules, SOPs and prices.
No price and no date yet, no deposit, no pre order. We say when it opens, and the practices we set up get it first.
