Is your kit up to date?
Every kit comes with 12 months of updates. In a chat where you are using your kit, type Check for updates. It tells you which version you have. If the version below is newer, download the kit again.

Last checked against the kit files on 18 October 2026. What changed in each version is in the kit’s CHANGELOG.md, and we email you when a new version is out.
Getting the new version
- Open the receipt email from Polar for your order and download the kit or pack again. The link always gives you the newest version.
- Put it where the old one was, the same way you installed it:
- Claude on the web or the desktop app. Click Customize, then Skills. Delete the old kit (or the pack, if you used its one upload), then click +, then + Create skill, then Upload a skill, and pick the new zip, still zipped.
- The Claude or ChatGPT desktop app. For a pack, unzip it and double click
Install-on-Mac.commandorInstall-on-Windows.batagain. Your old copy is moved to a dated backup folder first, so nothing is lost. For a single kit, replace its folder in your skills folder. Then close the app and open it again. - A ChatGPT Project. Paste the new
chatgpt/INSTRUCTIONS.mdover the project’s instructions, and replace the project’sKNOWLEDGE.mdwith the new one.
Your practice profile and everything the kit made for you are your own files. Updating the kit never changes them.
