The Practice Setup
Four weeks. We map your practice, set up the systems that fit it, train you and your team, hand everything over, and leave. No retainer, no monthly fee to us.
This is what we did for our own practice, done for yours. Everything runs in your accounts, with your team as the editors. When we leave, you are not dependent on us.
After the setup: you are a member of the community for life, and questions are free. If you want more hands on time later, a consultation call or a visit is priced per call or per visit.
£4,950 for one site with up to four chairs. £7,500 for two sites, or five chairs or more. Confirmed in writing after the call, before any work starts. Founding practices get a lower price in return for a written case study.

- The map: a morning with you and your manager on how the practice runs today, and what to set up first.

- The builds, in your accounts: the systems you picked from ours, plus your practice brain, so every tool knows your practice.

- Two team trainings, a handover film for each system, and the written routine for who does what each week.

- Thirty days of fixes by email, the community for life, and paid calls or visits whenever you want them.
- What else you pay
- Nothing to us each month. Your software is billed to you: Claude for the team (about £18 a month a person), and GoHighLevel (from about £75 a month) only if WhatsApp follow up is in scope. Ads budgets are your own.

What happens on the call about my day?
Twenty minutes, no charge. You walk us through a normal week and where it hurts. We tell you honestly what we'd automate first, whether you need us at all, and what it would cost.
The Build Session, or done for you?
The session (£249) is for you to learn and build it yourself, with us beside you. Done for you is for when you'd rather we built it. One system is £750. The whole practice, with your team trained, is The Practice Setup, £4,950, confirmed in writing after the call.
What happens after the setup?
You own everything, and it keeps running without us. You're a member of the community for life, and questions there are free. If you want more hands on time, a consultation call or a visit is priced per call or per visit, and we say the price before you book.
Is this an agency?
No. An agency keeps the keys and a monthly fee. We set it up in your own accounts, train your team, and leave. There is no retainer and no monthly fee to us.
Whose accounts is it built in?
Yours. Every account, login and file stays in your name. No contract and no monthly fee to us. The software you choose, like GoHighLevel, is billed to you directly.
Will you see patient data?
Only if a system needs it, and then only after we've signed a data processing agreement with you. Most of what we set up never touches patient records.
