Terms of use
The rules for using this site, the Free Guides and anything you buy from us. Effective from 25 September 2026. Updated 13 October 2026.
Who we are
The Full Arch is run by KMANISHA LIMITED, trading as Dr Skots. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14523728. Our registered address is Flat 29 Fortius House, 19 Capworth Street, London E10 5GX. You can reach us at fullarch@drskots.com.
In these terms, “we” and “us” means KMANISHA LIMITED. “You” means the person using the site or buying from us. By using the site you accept these terms.
What the site is
The Free Guides: guides and templates about running a dental practice with AI. You leave your name and email once and they open, along with the free ebook and the free scorecard. We also sell two packs of digital kits, a one to one session, and done for you setup in your practice’s own accounts. The Free Guides stay free.
This is not advice
Everything here is general business and marketing information for dental professionals. It is not clinical, legal or financial advice. It describes what worked in our own practice. Your results depend on your practice, your market and how you use it. We make no promise of any result.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own compliance with GDC standards, advertising rules and any other rules that apply to your practice.
- Never put anything that identifies a patient (name, date of birth, address, phone, email, NHS number or a photo of their face) into a personal AI chat. Recordings and full transcripts of consultations never go in. A clinical note goes into an AI tool only with every identifier removed and model training switched off.
- For regular patient related work, we use a business plan that comes with a data processing agreement, and we suggest you do the same. Where an AI tool handles messages from new leads or patients (for example a WhatsApp assistant that answers new leads), check with your data protection lead what your practice needs: in ours, that is a data processing agreement with each provider and a privacy notice that tells people an AI assistant may reply first.
- In our practice, recording a consultation means the patient’s documented consent, a practice owned device, and a clear rule on how long the audio is kept. The ICO’s guidance is the reference, not this page. In every case, you remain the data controller.
- Check every output before you use it. AI drafts. You are the editor, and anything that goes out under your name is yours.
- You are responsible for the accounts, tools and subscriptions you connect, and for what they cost you.
Buying a pack or a service
We sell two packs: The Dentist Pack (£49) and The Practice Pack (£99). You can see what each one holds on our kits page. They are sold through our payment partner, who acts as the seller of record and handles payment, VAT and invoices for them. Their terms of sale also apply to your purchase. Pack prices are shown in pounds and include VAT. A pack is delivered digitally after payment.
We no longer sell single kits on this site. If you bought one, you keep it, with 12 months of updates and the same Install or Refund promise.
The Build Session is sold by KMANISHA LIMITED directly and paid at checkout through Stripe, which shows the full price before you pay (no VAT is added, because KMANISHA LIMITED is not VAT registered). After you pay, you pick your time straight away on our booking page (weekday evenings from 7pm UK time), and you can move it by emailing us. Our services are on our work with us page.
Done for you setup is sold by KMANISHA LIMITED directly, after a call with us: £750 for one system, or £4,950 for The Practice Setup (several systems, with team training; £7,500 for two sites or five chairs or more), and a price agreed with you for any consultation call or visit after it. We confirm the price with you in writing before any work starts, and send you an invoice. KMANISHA LIMITED is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the services we invoice. The software stays in your practice’s name and your practice pays for it directly (for example GoHighLevel); that cost is not part of our price.
We no longer offer the Kit Install Call, Build It For Me, the New Patient Leak Audit or New Patient Machine Installed With You. Anything already booked or bought under those names is honoured on the terms it was sold under.
Your download is available straight after payment. Both packs, and every kit bought on its own before, come with our Install or Refund guarantee: If a kit doesn’t work for you within 30 days, we help you make it work. If we can’t, we refund you in full. To claim, email fullarch@drskots.com with what you ran and where it stopped. We help by email or a short call, we can offer a swap to the other pack, and if we can’t make it work, we refund you in full. If anything we sell is faulty or not as described, we always put it right or refund you. The details are on our refunds page. Your legal rights are not affected.
Some kits connect to accounts you hold with other companies, such as WordPress, Meta, Google Ads, Windsor.ai, Gmail or GoHighLevel. Our setup guide at /install/tools lists what each kit connects to and what those services cost. You pay those companies directly, and their terms apply.
Refunds and cancellations are covered in our refund policy.
Your licence
The Free Guides and their templates are for your own use in your practice. You may adapt them as much as you like. Please do not republish them as your own.
When you buy a pack or a kit you get a licence for one dental practice (one practice site), with no limit on the people who work there. If a dentist buys The Dentist Pack, either social media kit or the Dentist Website Kit in their own name, it is licensed to that dentist and covers their own marketing wherever they work. You may change a kit to suit you. You may not resell it, share it outside that practice, use it for another practice or for clients, or package it into a product or service for others. For a group of practices, buy once per site or email us. We keep the copyright in everything on this site.
What the kits will and won’t do
The kits are built so that you approve it first, in the chat, before anything spends money, publishes or changes live. Campaigns are created paused. Pages and posts are created as drafts. Weekly checks only read your accounts and write you a report. The kits never ask for your passwords, tokens or keys in the chat.
The one exception is one you choose: the WhatsApp lead follow up, which we set up for you as done for you work (and which the Never Miss a Lead Kit covered for anyone who bought it before). It runs in your own GoHighLevel account. Nothing goes live until you switch it on. Once you have tested and switched on those automations and the WhatsApp assistant, they send the messages you approved to leads and patients without asking you each time. You can switch them off in GoHighLevel at any moment, and your practice is responsible for the messages it sends.
You stay in charge of everything that goes out under your practice’s name. Check every output before you use it. The kits check their drafts against UK rules and flag what needs your judgement, but you are the clinician and the editor, and you’re responsible for what you publish and spend.
No kit, service or guarantee from us promises patient numbers, enquiries, rankings, revenue or any other result.
Tools we do not control
The guides and kits use tools made by other companies, such as Claude, Meta, Google and WordPress. Those tools change, and their terms and prices are theirs. We cannot promise any of them will keep working the way they do today. We will update the guides when we can.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the site, a pack, a kit or a service is limited to the price you paid us for it. For the Free Guides, that is nothing. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost patients or any indirect loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and suspension
We may change the site, the guides or these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. We may remove access for anyone who misuses the site.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
