Everything we run at Blue Light Dental.
I’m Dr Sanyukta Kothari, principal dentist at Blue Light Dental in Archway, London (GDC 283340). My team and I run our practice on AI, and everything on this page is ours. Nothing here is a demo.
Dr Skots is my name on Instagram, and the name our company trades under. Same person.

Reels: filmed on a phone, finished by Claude.
The cut, the captions and the cover: Claude. The idea and the face: Dr Sanyukta.
One of these is her AI avatar.

One reel, posted 24 October 2026. Make yours: the free guide
Every reel here started as a raw clip on a phone. Every ad started as a line in Claude.
Our own reels and ads from the last two months. Claude did the editing: the cut, the captions and the cover of each reel, and the ads drawn in our colours. We typed what we wanted and picked what we liked.
Blue Light Dental, Archway. Dr Sanyukta Kothari, who built the AI flows, is the dentist in them.
Our patient guide, in our own style.
Thirteen pages for Invisalign patients, laid out with Claude from what Dr Sanyukta says in the chair.

Google and our blog

How we use AI in our practice
Twenty five minutes, in our own words.
Every system we run, as a list
Found Patients find us on Google and in AI search
Google ranking and AI search
Audits the website, drafts a weekly blog post, Google Business Profile posts and review replies in our voice, and asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity each month whether they name the practice.
- Runs in
- Claude, on a weekly schedule. Posts go live only after we read them.
- Replaced
- An SEO retainer.
In the AI flowsGoogle Business Profile, kept alive
A post a week, every review answered within a day, photos refreshed each month.
- Runs in
- Claude drafts, reception posts.
- Replaced
- Nothing. It used to be nobody's job.

Seen The practice shows up every week without a content agency
A month of content from one sitting
Turns the questions patients asked that week into a month plan, reel scripts, carousels and captions, each line read by one of us before it goes out.
- Runs in
- Claude or ChatGPT.
- Replaced
- Sunday evenings and a content agency.
In the AI flowsReels edited on a laptop
A raw phone clip goes in. The pauses go, the colour is fixed, captions are burnt in, the name card carries the GDC number, and the 9:16 and 4:5 versions come out with a cover.
- Runs in
- On our own computer, with the AI driving the edit.
- Replaced
- A video editor at about £80 a reel.

Clicked Ads planned, written and checked every Friday
Facebook and Instagram ads
Plans a campaign for one treatment, writes the ads, builds them paused in our ad account, then reads the numbers every Friday and tells us what to pause and what to make next.
- Runs in
- Claude, with Meta's connector. Nothing spends until we switch it on.
- Replaced
- The agency's monthly report.
AI flow, or built for youGoogle Ads
Search campaigns for the treatments patients type, built paused, with the search terms read every Friday for wasted spend.
- Runs in
- Claude, with Google Ads Editor or Windsor.ai.
- Replaced
- Guesswork and a wasted budget.
AI flow, or built for youLanding pages
One page per treatment: the words patients search for, the price guidance, the form, the FAQ and the tracking, written and built as a draft.

- Runs in
- Claude, in the desktop app.
- Replaced
- A website agency.
AI flow, or built for youTreatment plan letters

Booked Nobody who enquires is forgotten
WhatsApp lead follow up
A new enquiry from an ad, Google or the website is answered on WhatsApp in minutes, followed up for two weeks, reminded before the appointment, and asked for a review afterwards. A person steps in whenever it matters.
- Runs in
- GoHighLevel, with the messages written by the flow and approved by us.
- Replaced
- Enquiries that sat in an inbox for days.

Run The practice runs on numbers, not on memory
The morning numbers
Every morning the dashboard shows yesterday and the month: each clinician's day, which slots sat empty, where the revenue came from, and which patients are due back.
- Runs in
- Our own dashboard, fed from Dentally.
- Replaced
- A spreadsheet nobody opened.
Built for youThe practice brain
One shared place with the practice's facts, brand, prices, SOPs and rules. Every flow reads it, so nobody retypes the practice, and the team gets the same answer to the same question.
- Runs in
- A folder the whole team can see.
- Replaced
- Asking the principal.
AI flow, or built for youThe approval habit
Nothing we make goes out until one of us has read it. Every flow hands back a draft and waits for a yes.
- Runs in
- Claude or ChatGPT.
- Replaced
- Trusting the first draft.
In the AI flows
One system for the whole practice
The practice’s numbers, patients, team and AI in one place. We are building it for our own practice first.
- The morning numbers for every clinician and every chair, from your own practice software.
- Recalls and unscheduled treatment, followed up in your practice's voice.
- Record a consultation, with the patient's consent, and get the transcript, the note and the patient letter to check: anonymised transcripts only, on a business plan.
- The treatment plan view the patient sees, with the options side by side.
- Payroll and the UDA or private split, without the spreadsheet.
- Your team's questions answered from your own rules, SOPs and prices.
No price and no date yet, no deposit, no pre order. We say when it opens, and the practices we set up get it first.
A couple of years ago our practice ran the way most do. Evenings went to admin, and marketing happened when there was energy left.
So we started handing the repetitive writing to AI, one job at a time: letters, replies, the website, the posts, the answers the front desk gives every day. Each time something worked, we wrote down exactly how, so the team could do it the same way next time.
Those notes became this site. None of it needed an agency or a developer.
We share what we know.
The ebook and the guides hold everything we know. If you’d rather we built it, that’s what we charge for.
The clinician stays the editor.
AI drafts. A person reads every line before it goes to a patient or online.
Patients stay out of the chat.
No names, dates of birth or records in a consumer AI tool. Every guide that touches patient words shows how, and the rules fit on one page.
Your accounts, your name.
No contracts and nothing locked away. Everything we set up stays yours.
Four ways to have this in your practice
We build it. You run it. No retainer, no monthly fee.
Do it yourself
The AI flows. One Claude plugin: say “Set me up”, then type one line for each job.
Set it up with us
The AI Head Start: 90 minutes on video. Your AI flows live today, and the know how to build your own AI agents after.
Built for you
We build one harder workflow in your accounts and hand it over with a video of how to run it. You run it after.
The Practice Build
Four weeks. We build the systems, set up your practice dashboard and train the whole team. Then you run it.
