Where the rules come from
These are the word rules from the GDC & ASA Checker in our kits: the GDC’s guidance on advertising, the ASA and CAP Code, the ban on advertising prescription only medicines, the finance rules, the DMCC Act rules on reviews and false urgency, and Meta’s and Google’s health ad rules.
It is a word check, not a lawyer. It catches the common slips so a person can make the final call, and it can’t tell whether a claim is true for your practice. You stay the clinician and the editor.
